Outbound Sales VA

The Role

We are looking for a driven, people-first VA to own a lead conversion process from day one. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, converting them into booked appointments through persistent outbound calling. When you're not on calls, you'll be supporting the team in real time — helping keep operations moving.

This role is open to first-time VAs. What matters most to us is your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. If you are someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is dependable, and takes their work seriously — we want to hear from you.
