Outbound Sales Representatives

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cold Calling and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, taking orders, answering customer service questions, and maintaining regular contact with our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Reach out to med spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to the products.
• Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
• Client Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
