Full-time, Hybrid with 2x a month of on-site work, 5-day workweek

Your Role:
- Call and engage warm leads
- Conduct outbound calls to offer Bank Card and Credit Card products
- Maintain accurate and timely lead records
- Collaborate with your team remotely every day, and strengthen connections during in-person sessions twice a month
Qualifications:
- At least college-level education
- Minimum 1 year of Outbound TeleSales experience (Bank Industry is a plus)
- Customer-focused with proven ability to convert leads into sales and exceed targets
- Willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a 5-day workweek
