About the Role
About the Role We are looking for a highly driven, hunter-minded Cold Calling SDR to lead outbound prospecting into the Mexican market, with a primary focus on the Monterrey industrial corridor. This role is 100% outbound and phone-heavy. You will be responsible for executing approximately 50 cold calls per day , targeting senior decision-makers including: VPs of Supply Chain Logistics Directors Operations Leaders Mid-market shippers This is not a script-reading role. We’re looking for a consultative seller who can turn “no me interesa” into a meaningful business conversation. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (~50 dials/day) Prospect into mid-market shippers across Mexico Engage senior-level decision makers in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations Conduct consultative discovery conversations (ask questions, uncover pain, don’t pitch) Overcome objections confidently and naturally in Spanish Book qualified meetings for the sales team Track activity, pipeli...
