Outbound Process Manager , 3 PL Control Tower

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Manager to join the 3PL Control Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3P fulfillment network by governing outbound and transfer-out flows, improving throughput, and eliminating defects through data‑driven mechanisms. The Outbound Manager will own end‑to‑end outbound process performance and productivity improvement plans across our 3P fulfillment centers in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up – shaping how 3P outbound operations are managed and scaled in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key job responsibilities
