About the Role
Peoplefy is looking for a Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist who will drive outbound outreach for our GCC, Engineering, Automotive, and BFSI hiring solutions. This role involves identifying high-potential prospects, building targeted email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and generating qualified meetings for the Sales & Client Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
- Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, RocketReach to extract verified email IDs
- Create, execute & optimize multi-channel outreach sequences (Email, LinkedIn, InMail) using Lemlist, HubSpot
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to define ICPs & messaging for Peoplefy’s RPO, GCC Talent Practice & Engineering hiring solutions
