About the Role
We are seeking an experienced OTRS Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our OTRS/OTOBO systems, including custom and open-source add-ons. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication to deliver reliable solutions aligned with business needs.
What you'll be doing
- Support and maintain OTRS & OTOBO platforms
- Develop, customize, and maintain add-ons and internal tools
- Implement customer requirements and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years experience working with OTRS
- Strong knowledge of Perl or Python is a required
- Experience with Linux, MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL
- Proficient in Git, GitHub, and GitLab
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or any related experience
- Excellent English communication skills
