- Development and Operation (DevOps) of Operation System Support (OSS) system
- Involve in OSS project implementation
- Handle preventive maintenance of OSS system
- Develop customization in OSS system
- Handle user request related with OSS system
- Handle user requirement related with OSS System
- Troubleshooting issue in OSS system
- IT Security implementation in OSS
- OSS integration with third party tool
- Upgrade, patch, bug fixing of OSS
- Northbound and Southbound interface integration
- Consistent communication with customer to resolve issues and concerns.
- Responsible for daily issue handling and troubleshooting.
- Understand enhancement requirement and perform UAT with customer.
- Responsible for new enhancement development.
