About the Role
-Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables and OSP facilities.
-Conduct fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting using OTDR, power meters, and other testing equipment.
-Respond to network outages and perform restoration activities within established SLAs.
-Conduct preventive maintenance and inspection of ODN, FTTH, and Backbone/Red Line Fiber Networks.
-Assist in cable laying, jointing, termination, and network expansion projects.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, test results, and as-built documentation.
-Follow company safety policies and industry standards during field operations.
