QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in managing Converge projects (preferred)
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage personnel attendance
Ability to oversee vehicles and tools
Experience in fault handling and issue resolution
Knowledge in settlement and reporting
Excellent communication skills, especially with clients
Capable of managing overall operations efficiently
Proven experience in overall management
