Our Flight Operations department is the bread and butter of OSM Aviation Academy, located at Gullknapp Airport, Norway, and Västerås Airport, Sweden. We are seeking dedicated and passionate instructors to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation.
Our OSM Flight Instructor Career Program gives you the opportunity to evolve as a pilot and a flight instructor at OSM Aviation Academy. After successfully passing our assessment will you be given the opportunity to work and instruct at OSM Aviation Academy both as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) and Flight Instructor (FI). Gaining experience and procedural knowledge gives you opportunities at an early stage in your FI career program with internal upgrades such as:

Internal CRI course
