About the Role

Leap29 are seeking an experienced Origination Manager to be based in Rome. This is a key role for someone with a strong background in sourcing & structuring solar and BESS opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing new co-development and land opportunities to expand the company’s Italian pipeline.
This is a great opportunity to take a lead role in shaping the future project portfolio, working closely with local co-developers, legal, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, negotiate, and secure solar and storage co-development opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with co-developers, landowners, and consultants.

Manage and optimise legal agreements and origination strategy.

Evaluate potential sites and opportunities from a commercial and technical perspective.
