About the Role: As an OD Specialist, you will partner closely with business and COE leaders to design and execute impactful organization development initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a services-driven, fast-paced environment, balancing culture, capability building, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
● Partner with COE and business leaders to design and deliver OD initiatives across culture, career architecture, talent management, employee satisfaction, and leadership development
● Drive employee engagement programs, E-sat surveys, and diagnostics; analyze insights and translate them into actionable interventions
