In this role, you will actively contribute to organizational design, HR systems development, and performance, compensation, and workforce planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Creating, maintaining, and updating organizational charts within SAP and SuccessFactors
Taking an active role in SAP-related HR projects and ensuring data accuracy of employee and position information
Conducting job analysis for units and positions; supporting the definition of job descriptions, competency frameworks, and KPIs
