Who we are looking for Experience in managing change, technology adoption and transformation (at least 1-2 years)Certification in Organizational Change Management a plus (Prosci, APMG, PmBok, etc.). Creativity in coming up with ways to reach people Understanding and empathy for the user point of view in any change scenario. Great communication skills - written, oral and visual. Excellent people skills and being able to build a relationship with people on all levels. Ability to influence others and share a vision. Fluent English language.
