About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead the people side of a multi-year, multi-country ERP implementation program. This role is critical in ensuring that organizational structures, processes, and behaviors evolve successfully alongside the new system.

You will define and execute the change strategy, drive stakeholder alignment, build adoption readiness, and guide business units through a complex transformation journey. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the ERP program roadmap.
• Define change vision, success criteria, and adoption milestones.
