Order Processor

Sleepare is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to manage customer orders for mattresses and sleep products. This role ensures accurate order entry, coordination with fulfillment teams, and timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in the order management system
• Verify product details, pricing, payment status, and delivery information
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and third-party carriers for order fulfillment
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and order confirmations
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays
• Respond to customer and internal order-related inquiries
• Maintain organized and up-to-date order records
• Prepare purchase orders for suppliers
