Order Processor

We are looking for our newest team member who will be supporting the Supply Chain Department and performing the responsibilities of a Sales Order Processor:

• Handle incoming client orders and provide customer email confirmation
• Review orders for accuracy and completion
• Check inventory to make sure that the requested item is available
• File copies of all orders received
• Assist in processing the goods receipt and goods issuance through SAP
• Assist in sorting and matching of proof of delivery
• Assist in the booking of delivered transactions in SAP
• Coordinate with warehouse and hubs for status of orders, delivery receipt issuance, and received copies of the proof of delivery

Ideally, the team member will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (Business Studies/Office Administration, Computer Science or equivalent)
