I. Job Objective

The Order Processing Staff is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and complete processing of all customer orders. Provide updates to sales and warehouse teams regarding order and delivery status minimizing errors and delays in the process of encoding, validation, and documentation through proactive communication and monitoring.

1. Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders and assist in implementing improvements to the order management process.

2. Manage communication with the Sales Department and process all customer orders for timely delivery.

3. Coordinate with the NT Sales Team (BDM, TL and TSR for timely submission and extension of Purchase Orders (PO).

4. Monitor and cross-validate orders using TARKIE vs. SAP (Systems Application and Products in Data Processing) platforms.

5. Verify accuracy of Purchase Orders, including pricing, quantity, barcode, and item description.
