- Must be English Spanish bilingual
- Must be proficient in using Zendesk
- Must have professional experience using Amazon Seller Central
- Effective troubleshooter
- Thorough auditor

- Epicor Eclipse knowledge a plus

- Reconcile vendor acknowledgement of our purchase orders into our ERP
- Data enter all vendor AP invoices that arrive in zendesk into Eclipse
- Work unreceived widget
- PO expedite widget
- Trouble widget
- From zendesk process customers incoming concerns (order cancellations, modify orders)
