What are we looking for?

  • Must be English Spanish bilingual
  • Must be proficient in using Zendesk
  • Must have professional experience using Amazon Seller Central
  • Effective troubleshooter
  • Thorough auditor

Nice to have:

  • Epicor Eclipse knowledge a plus

* *What will you do?****

  • Reconcile vendor acknowledgement of our purchase orders into our ERP
  • Data enter all vendor AP invoices that arrive in zendesk into Eclipse
  • Work unreceived widget
  • PO expedite widget
  • Trouble widget
  • From zendesk process customers incoming concerns (order cancellations, modify orders)
