Order Processing Executive

Brief Job Summary:

The Order Processing Executive will execute Order Management functions for internal and external customers. The individual will work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods. Also, the individual will support business objectives; deliver high level of service & performance and engage distributors or customers, facilitating information flow & providing support to the order fulfilment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all orders processed by liaise with Project/Account Manager in relation to issues with order processing.
• Create and confirm orders, actively monitor outstanding orders, and proactively manage Project/Account Manager expectations.
• Continuously liaise with vendors for speedy and efficient processing of orders
• Verify all orders and prepare monthly/weekly order reports for Management
