Be at the heart of our customer experience, managing critical order processing operations and ensuring seamless delivery of products to our valued clients. What will you do: Essential Responsibilities Administrative tasks related but not limited to: Booking orders into SAP Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system SalesForce.com Using Microsoft SharePoint tool to manage order workload and route booking packages Work with Delivery organization and factory contacts to expedite shipments, return material, resolve issues. Take ownership and accountability for orders booked and issue resolution. Respond to Collections questions when needed. Creating monthly reporting for orders management. Billing orders.
