About the Role
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
- Responsible for receiving all Goods Issue of customer order subject for delivery and pick up
- Review picking lists and verify order details against the system and customer requirements
Qualifications
- With HS DIPLOMA or Tertiary Level with TOR
- At least 6 months-1 year work experience in retail sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills
