About the Role
- Review and processing of orders (including Enterprise License Agreements, Upgrades, Swaps and Renewals) following pre-defined processing procedures and utilizing Salesforce and Oracle applications.
- Data entry of incoming orders from customers and distributors
- Work in coordination with internal departments (Legal, Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Recognition) to ensure order accuracy.
- Provide business support to partners and distributors including assistance on order information, troubleshooting of wrong orders and products returns.
