+ Accurate and timely order entry in SAP
+ Coordination of the end‑to‑end order delivery process
+ Close cooperation with key stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)
+ Investigation and resolution of customer queries
+ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
+ Participation in process improvement projects
