Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of SharkNinja’s order management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, working with 3PLs and transport carriers, as well as performing general administrative tasks. The Operations Coordinator will focus primarily on the accurate processing of customer orders for SharkNinja’s major retailers in meeting and exceeding defined objectives in support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution.
