Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant – M&A Programme

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Warwick / Stevenage

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to support the migration of c.150 employees into a payroll system, with a July go-live deadline.

Responsibilities

• Implement payroll build based on pre-scoped design
• Manage data extraction, HDL loads and reconciliation
• Configure payroll elements, balances and Fast Formulas
• Run payroll comparison testing and parallel runs
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Work independently while collaborating with Architect & Product Owner

Qualifications

• Hands-on HCM Extracts & HDL
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculations
• Confident working autonomously in a large organisation
