Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle databases and applications.
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Oracle software and related tools.
• Conduct performance tuning and system optimization to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and security protocols in compliance with IT standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and submit regular system performance reports.
• Collaborate with functional and ministry teams to deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen the technical capability of staff.
