About the Role

                    Job Title: Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Implementations: Minimum 2 Full Cycle Implementations (Mandatory) Location: Across Oracle Office Locations in India Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and possess a solid understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll processes. 
Required Skills 6+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant. 
Mandatory experience in minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations. 
Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, Time & Labor, and India/US/UK payroll statutory setups (as applicable). 
Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Run processes, Costing, Balances, Retro-Pay, Retro-Notifications, and Element configurations.
