Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization
Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components

OTBI
BIP
HCM Extract
Data Migration
HDL
HSDL
Fast Formulas
Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as technical owner
Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.
Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients...
