About the Role

SUMMARY
The Oracle HCM Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role supports ongoing operations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, and issue resolution across Core HR, Recruiting/ORC, and other related HCM modules.

 The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability with a solid understanding of HR processes, ensuring high‑quality, secure and scalable solutions that support business transformation.
 
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Design & Development
Design, configure, and extend Oracle HCM using tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP/OTBI reporting, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL (Spreadsheet Loader) and HCM REST APIs.
Develop enhancements aligned with best practices—including Redwood UX transitions, Guided Processes, and configuration-driven changes.
