Oracle HCM Consultant

We’re supporting a large Dutch organisation that is advancing its Oracle Cloud HCM landscape. We are specifically looking for a hands‑on Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with recent experience configuring Core HR and related HR processes in Fusion HCM .

This role is purely Oracle HCM functional , not HR operations, HRBP, HR generalist, Agile coach, or project management.

What you’ll do

• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) in Core HR and connected modules
• Build and maintain HCM configuration in Fusion Setup Manager (FSM)
• Configure Journeys , Guided Learning , Redwood UI pages , HCM approvals , and HCM tasks
• Work with data loads using HDL and related HCM data tools
• Support quarterly release testing ...
