Oracle HCM Consultant - Part-Time Contract

Join Insight Global as an Oracle HCM Consultant in a part-time contract role, with the potential to transition to full-time. This position focuses on Core HR and module enhancements.
This 12-month contract offers an hourly rate of $80-$90, starting part-time at approximately 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates should have 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Strong skills in requirements gathering, system configuration, and payroll integration are essential.
