Required Skills and Experience:
- Support & Maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules across Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time and Labour etc.,
- Troubleshoot issues, complete root?cause analysis and deliver fixes
- Manage system documentation
- Work with business teams to deliver platform improvements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and risk frameworks
- Hands-on in using ServiceNow
- Exposure to ITIL Practices like Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability management
