Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant

The Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Client's Human Capital Management solution. The Consultant will provide product and implementation expertise, work with the client to understand their business requirements, and help configure and test the solution.

The Consultant will report status to the Project Manager, assist the integration consulting team, and manage legacy data conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client business requirements.

Configure the Oracle Cloud HCM solution.

Assist the client in testing the solution.

Help convert legacy data.

Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time.

Assist the integration consulting team in building, configuring, and testing integration between HCM and third‑party/custom solutions.

Understand and apply Oracle's Implementation Methodology.
