About the Role
Role Purpose
The IT Program Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on Redwood UI adoption. This role will act as the bridge between HR, IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and value realization of the HCM transformation program.

Program & Governance
- Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM implementation program, including scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk management.
- Establish program governance, steering committees, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- Manage multiple workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Redwood UX).
