• Degree in IT or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Life insurance(Mandatory)
• Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead projects and collaborate with business units, technical teams, and vendors for successful delivery.
• Support system testing, QA, and UAT to ensure quality outcomes.
• Identify risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular project updates.
