About the Role

The Company

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS support consultant to join our client's IT Application team. The consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting, designing, implementing, and managing finance applications within Oracle EBS.

Key activities include gathering and defining requirements, configuration of standard applications, gap analysis, functional design of application extensions, and end user support for multiple modules across geographies to support the business operations.

The Role
Maintain and provide (level 2 & 3) support for Oracle EBS (12.1.3) Finance modules, ensuring smooth business transactions.
Support users, maintain applications, and troubleshoot functional issues and transactions.
Collaborate with the application support team to execute daily operations and continually assess system processes for enhancements and solutions that align with user requirements.
