Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle CC&B Developer to join our team as an independent contractor for one of the biggest electric service companies in the US. The ideal candidate will design, develop, enhance, and support the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, including integrations with external and edge systems. This role plays a critical part in delivering innovative utility solutions and leading mid-sized initiatives in the customer service domain.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance the existing Oracle CC&B system.

● Implement and maintain integrations between edge systems and Oracle CC&B using APIs, web services, and messaging queues.
