About the Role
Blutic is looking for a Database Administrator with a minimum 5 years experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance. The candidate should provide technical support to application development teams and assist with impact analysis of changes due to development, testing, and production usage.
This position will require on-call and weekend support on rotation basis for planned and unplanned activities.
The candidate should have supported 24x7 systems in a High-Availability environment.
This is a 100% remote opportunity.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS versions 19c, 11gR2, 12c and and Oracle 12c Cloud Control
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts in UNIX/Linux environments
- Installation, configuration and management of Oracle RAC, CRS, ASM and RMAN
- Database partitioning, archiving strategies, backup and recovery
