Lead end-to-end implementation of Core HR, OTL, and Payroll modules for US/Canada.

Configure workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, and worker data in Core HR.

Set up time entry profiles, time card layouts, rules, and approvals in OTL.

Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, fast formulas, and legislative compliance for US/Canada Payroll.

Define workflows, approvals, and security roles for HR and payroll processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration
