1. Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform refraction and vision testing
- Diagnose visual and eye conditions
- Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Provide patient education on proper eye care
- Detect and refer serious eye conditions when necessary
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Explain diagnosis and treatment clearly to patients
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Assist patients in selecting appropriate frames and lenses
- Recommend lens options based on patient needs
- Support store sales targets while maintaining ethical standards
4. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure PRC license is valid and displayed
