About the Role

What you will do

cont..
  • Perform root cause analysis investigations for equipment failures or process upsets

  • Accountable to deliver engineering packages to site for procurement and construction by working closely with Contractor, Business Unit, and other engineering disciplines

  • Support Management of Change for facilities modifications including development of scope and completion of engineering deliverables for both routine maintenance and turnaround scopes

  • Identify and progress capacity enhancement, reliability improvement, and cost reduction initiatives to improve unit profitability

  • Develop and modify process simulation models using standard process modeling software (, Aspen HYSYS, HTRI, etc.)

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to early career engineers

  • Support commissioning / start-up / turnaround activities at site as needed.
