職務内容:
Job Title: OPS Admin III / Dispatcher
Responsibilities
Assigning pick-up request: Allocate pick up requests to drivers, OGP and OSP partners for pick-up of shipments base on the location and pick-up time transmitted in UPS system in the pick-up record.
Scheduling: Help manage schedules for drivers and customers base on the pick-up time of shipments to ensure timely pickup of packages to avoid any customer complaints.
Communication: Use telephone, cellular phone, text messages, and other messaging apps to relay information to and from drivers and internal/external customers.
Documentation: Maintain pick-up records and other important documentations pertaining to work scope.
