We are seeking a dedicated OPEX Coordinator to join the team at Heysham 2 and play a key role in delivering an effective and continuously improving Operating Experience (OPEX) programme. This role is central to driving learning, insights, and performance improvement across the station.

Reporting to the Organisational Learning Lead, this role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your analytical capability, problem‑solving skills, and influence across the organisation while contributing directly to station performance.
Pay, benefits and culture
The salary for this role is from £45,641 to £95,993. The starting salary for the appointment will be dependent on your existing salary, competence, experiences, and qualifications.
