Operator Trainer

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and operator training on capital equipment, specifically hands‑on and classroom training for mine site operators and MacLean Engineering personnel
• Develop and implement MacLean product operational training materials and standards, including but not limited to:
  • Operators Manuals
  • Operational Training Aids
  • Training Tests
• Develop and maintain training records for all operational and maintenance training carried out by MacLean Engineering
• Provide support to the Sales and Field Service groups as necessary by reporting/communicating field issues and possible improvements
• Working with Documentation, Engineering, Technical and Field Service groups, ensure training materials are current, comprehensible and relative to customer requirements to ensure above and beyond training of mine site personnel and in turn optimal performance of our equipment
