About the Role

This role is responsible for the assembly and/or testing of fiber optic connector products, ensuring products are manufactured in accordance with defined process standards and quality requirements. The position plays an important role in supporting stable production, product quality, and on-time delivery.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Responsible for assembly or testing of fiber optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions.

Perform daily work strictly in accordance with production process standards and operating procedures, ensuring quality and output targets are met.

Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment, tools, and fixtures; promptly report any equipment or product abnormalities.

Accurately complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation in a timely manner.
