Working Hours: Monday till Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm
Saturday from 8:00am till 1:00pm



Operates telephone console
 Channels all incoming calls to appropriate offices or employees.

 Places outside calls for company employees.

 Takes messages from outside callers and transmits them to employees concerned.

 Answers inquiries from outside callers.

 Responds & reports emergency calls (fire, disaster cases).

 Receives all incoming courier and packages and dispatches to the persons concerned.

 Assists the Company departments in secretarial work such as typing and correspondence.

 Greets customers and visitors.

 Greets visitors and assists them to reach concerned departments or offices.

 Informs concerned employees of customers/visitors arrival.



Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
