Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
BPO Trainer
to join our Talent Management team. This role focuses on delivering high-impact training programs that prepare employees to excel in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
Mobility Accounts
and is confident handling both
voice and non-voice
processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training, refresher courses, and upskilling sessions covering process, product, and behavioral competencies.
• Design, enhance, and regularly update training materials, manuals, and learning resources.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, observations, and coaching sessions.
