About the Role

 Job Description: 
Operations Associate & Trading Assistant

Requirements

Experience with operations/trading role at a bank or asset manager.
Advanced English (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent).

Optional

Bachelor of Finance or Accounting (or the equivalent) is preferred, but not
required.
Experience with a finance OMS (order management system) & PMS (portfolio management system) is preferred (such as Broadridge, Eze, Enfusion, etc.) but not
required.

Tasks

Reconcile Prime Broker (PB) cash, positions, stock borrow (shapes, rates, cash).
Review Fund administrator cash and positions records with PBs and OMS & PMS.
Check failed trades reported by PB and action based on priority.
Manage equity and swap trade affirmations process with MSFS.
